Re-read Who Moved My Cheese? Read the sequel called “I Moved Your Cheese”. Write a written critique informed by the two books as well as ideas and readings of from this course. Cite at least two references to course readings and/or lectures.
Your second Cheese paper (5 to 7 pages) will:
Explain differences in your perception (if any) of the first Cheese book “Who Moved My Cheese?” from your original reading in the early modules to now, near the end of the course. How have you come to understand the book differently?
Critique the second Cheese book (I Moved Your Cheese”)—using the readings and references and ideas from this course so far. What assumptions about human nature and change processes are embedded in the book? How do these compare to the assumptions in the first book?
Is the original message of Who Moved My Cheese still pertinent in today’s change climate?
What actionable items follow from the second book for those who want to apply them? Which fable speaks more loudly to you and why? Who are the target audiences for each book?
Can you come up with a new “fable” for today’s world?
