2a. Managers and HRM professionals must always be aware of changing trends in the workplace that affect employees’ behavior and performance. Discuss
what these individuals can do to learn and prepare for contemporary trends in order to minimize legal ramifications in organizations. Feel free to cite
personal examples from your own professional experience (if applicable).
2b. Discuss how the Covid-19 pandemic affected how organizations operate. Further discuss the impact of government restrictions to reduce spread of the
disease on managers’ and HRM professionals’ responses to ensure that organizations are stable and viable. In your opinion, will some impacts be temporary
or permanent and how will management continue to respond?
