defendant or the plaintiff.
Your direct will be written. Your opening or closing will be video.

My Professor stated that it’s best to watch a number of the YouTube videos in the links also look at the examples and model of a direct more closely to those
examples for the direct examination and the closing video in order to have a successful mocktrial because this exercise is worth 200 points and is equivalent
to a test and should have the effort of prep that a test would
